After a request for lawn care service has been made we will measure your property and recommend one of our complete lawn care programs designed specifically for your property. We only use the highest quality professional turf care products delivering the correct amount of nutrients all season long because the best defense against weeds is thick and healthy turf! During each visit our technician will perform an inspection of the property informing you of any problems.

- Each program comes complete with 5 applications High Quality slow release fertilizers
- 2 applications of pre-emergent for those grassy weeds

Power Seeding and Complete Lawn Renovation
If your lawn has been destroyed by our summer heat, insects, or lack of moisture let us propose a complete lawn renovation for your property.
- We recommend the customer start mowing their yard as low as possible in June
- We will then kill off all vegetation during the heat of the summer effectively killing all existing vegetation.
- After we determine the turf is completely dead and mowed short enough for proper seed bed we will seed.
- Aeration may also be necessary in heavy compaction situations for proper root development.
- Any grading and leveling as needed
- We start all power seeding September 1 using only the highest in quality triple blended turf type tall fescue and starter fertilizers
- Now it’s up to you to keep your newly seeded lawn water for the first few weeks
